Olaro is firmly committed and adheres to the policy for Responsible Service of Alcohol, as stated under the Liquor Licensing Act.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Orders of one dozen or more attract free freight, strictly within Australia. All prices are Australian Dollars and include all taxes.

Our wine will be carefully delivered to you within seven to ten days.

We will not be able to deliver to a PO Box, a physical address must be supplied.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

We will not deliver your order if we consider any delivery circumstances may be unsuitable for any reason, including because any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).

Refunds and Returns

We will replace any wine that is faulty or unsuitable in any way.

Payment Security

Your contact details and any other information that you supply us with remains private and will never be passed on or sold to advertisers or other mailing lists. Your credit card details will not be disclosed to anyone apart from the bank and will only be used for payment of your order.

Wholesale Orders

We welcome enquiries from retailers and restaurants right across Australia. Please contact us if you wish to discuss a wholesale purchase.
